6 large salmon steaks
8 medium potatoes peeled and soft boiled
Fresh coriander leaves
Fresh flat leaf parsley
Fresh chervil
4 garlic cloves peeled
1 inch fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 red chillies deseeded
1 teaspoon minced lemongrass
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 large eggs well beaten
450g panko breadcrumbs
